Our Story

Hey, we're Ed and Mary Herman. After years in the food biz, we moved to Florida and realized we were seriously missing the food from our hometown, Chicago. So, we decided to bring the flavors we crave straight to Southwest Florida with our food truck! We’re here to share the real-deal Chicago-style eats we grew up with and hope they become a local favorite in our new home.
